These are the only contacts that didn't move around in my eyes or didn't irritate them at all they're really soft and are barely noticeable, will definitely purchase again!

I bought 3 pairs, gray, glacier brown and gold
You do not see them, very blurry even I put 1.75 grad. Glacier brown you can see them cause they are thicker but they look very weird. I wanted to return them but you don't suppose to open them... how do you how they supposed to Look like if you don't open them stupid! Do not buy this $#*!!

This place is a complete and udder scam. I order my contacts over a month ago and still have not received them. I reached out to customer service via email on several different occasions. I received a very half ass response each time and they refuse to refund my money. I have given up trying at this point but I have alerted the federal trade commission to this...PLEASE DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!!

So far not great, ordered about $90 worth of contacts about two weeks ago. Have used the ‘tracking number’ they sent me, but it only every says the package doesn’t exist or has not yet been sent and to contact them.... so, I have, without success in any information further.... hoping they show up soon, but, it’s not looking good.... giving it a few more days before I begin trying to get my money back, which I have a feeling will go just as badly.... I wish I would have researched before I purchased anything, because I wouldn’t have done so if I had. Frustrated.

I ordered a few pairs of contacts I loved! I definitely recommend from the Natural line the Polar Lights collection and HD collection, amazing dupe of highly priced lenses like Desio.
I had an issue with one of my contacts out of three pairs having a small rip and mentioned that to them via Facebook and they did not hesitate to ask if my shipping address was the same to send me another pair of the same lenses free of charge.
Shipping isn’t a crazy wait like most affordable contact websites in my experiences, with TTDEYE you can expect 2-4 week max shipping wait with their free shipping, which is not bad at all, they have amazing bundle prices for buying more than one pair at a time as well which I definitely recommend!
Overall, I love this website, their customer service, dedication to customers and especially their quality products, will continue purchasing. ❤️

If I had known what I know now I would've never bought from this company what a waste of time thinking I was going to have contacts was better off using that money and went to my corner store and got them never again been patient enough smh

IGNORE MOST 1 STAR REVIEWS!
I say this cause yes, some may be true, but a lot of them blow it completely out of the water or it was a mistake on their own end. TTDEYE is a great brand, and when I received my items I was insanely impressed! They not only sent me what I ordered in perfect condition, they also sent me little other cute items that I thought was really sweet! They are a great brand that does not deserve the backlash they are receiving in these reviews, these reviews are actually what made me almost not order from them but my gut said to give them a chance and I am really glad I did. Thank you and I'll definitely order more from y'all in the future! ????

Contact Lenses are not the same as advertisement!
Don't waste your money!
I ordered 2 different colored pairs and they're so dark in person and online they're nice and and very bright. False false advertisement and to finish it off one of my contact lenses didn't come with its pair.

I love how natural these look. My only issue was they ran "smaller" on my pupils, maybe because I have larger than normal ones. Otherwise I'm pleased with them. They came in the cutest box and I appreciate the gifts included.

I have been waiting nearly A MONTH for my package & still waiting. The customer service is HORRIBLE & it sucks because their contacts are great but I would definitely not purchase a single item ever again. Oh & their tracking is horrible as well, it doesn't give you a date nor does it specify where the items are.

Update: I previously wrote a review about my parcel being lost and the tracking site being very unclear. I deleted my previous review and will rewrite it purely based on my experience after customer service handled the complaint for me.

1 month after my order, my parcel was sent back for return as the site did not contain information to where my order was, so I could also not pick it up. TTDEYE asked me if I wanted them to reship it, and I said only if it's sent with DHL or else I wanted a full refund. They agreed, so they sent it with DHL for me.

To my surprise I ended up having to pay 50 euros for import taxes, when it arrived in my country. So basically because my order was not delivered to me the first time, I ended up paying even more, which I was trying to prevent.

All in all, I did receive my lenses this time and pretty fast. I just wish it was done sooner and it's a pity for the import taxes, but oh well... at least i got them.

I love the way they make me look and different and how they could pass as my real eyes wore them on my first date and the dude fell in with my eyes.
